What is HackSanta?+
HackSanta is a personalized Christmas experience parents can set up for their family. Your kids can find themselves on Santa's Naughty or Nice List, track Santa as he flies around the world, watch as elves prepare Santa's sleigh for flight, and track their presents as they work there way through Santa's assembly line.
Is HackSanta meant for kids to use directly?+
No, parents customize the entire experiance and then guide their children as they hack into Santa's website to reveal all of the North Poles secrets!
Can I choose whether my child is on the Nice List or Naughty List?+
Yes. You can add each child to either list and update that anytime from your dashboard.
Can I use HackSanta without setting everything up at once?+
Yes. You can create your account first, then come back anytime to add children, set the Santa's website password, update list details, and turn premium features on when you're ready.
What comes with the premium membership?+
Premium unlocks the full HackSanta experience, including extra features, the Santa Tracker, Workshop Cameras and personal toy costomazation. Additionally, premium allows access to downloadable letters from Santa, Nice List certificates, and themed wishlists.
Can I cancel or stop using HackSanta after Christmas?+
Yes, HackSanta is designed for seasonal family fun and you can manage your membership from your My Account page.
Is my family's information private?+
HackSanta is built around private family accounts. Your kid's images, list details, and uploaded information is all tied to your account and are not shown publicly.
