By the time you read this, I'll already be on my way back to the North Pole
after a very busy night. But before I left, I wanted to leave you a special
note.
My elves and I have loved hearing about you this year. I've been especially
proud of the way you've helped your family and shown kindness.
I also heard all about a special memory, accomplishment, or funny moment from
the year. Things like that always make me smile.
I hope you enjoy the surprises waiting for you this morning, but remember that
the very best parts of Christmas aren't found underneath the tree. They're the
time you spend with the people you love, the laughter you share, and the
kindness you give to others.
